– Accurate rates for new hires based on each carrier’s guidelines in effect on the employee’s planned effective date.
– Integrated Provider Search to ensure your clients get the doctors, medical groups, and hospital they want, while identifying the lowest-cost packages for each carrier.

 

Multiple OLE Platform Integration

Our partnerships with GoCo.io and Ease make it simple for you to match your clients with the online enrollment (OLE) and benefits management platform that is right for their business and employees – and we offer free set-up and training assistance, too.
 

WBMedID

Our exclusive mobile app gives your California groups with Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield of California, and Health Net coverage access to their Medical ID Card information on their smartphones as soon as their case is approved (typically 24-48 hours after carrier approval). There’s no need to wait for the carrier to send an ID Card in the mail.
 

Integrated Provider Search

Our Medical carriers’ data is built-into our provider search, which means you can see which doctors, medical groups, and hospitals are available with each health plan your clients are considering – ensuring you’ve included those your clients and their employees need and want.
 

New Hire Worksheets

Because carriers use different calculations to determine an applicant’s age, creating a new hire quote can be confusing. We simplify eligibility and accurately calculate rates based on each selected carrier.

 

HR Support

Our HRWow program costs your clients nothing, but gives them the ability to ask unlimited questions of an HR professional via phone or email – plus they can also get help with a customized employee handbook, HR forms, and more.
