Ease Migration Date Update from Employee Navigator

Ease and Employee Navigator are continuing on the road to full integration. In early 2026, it was announced that new subscriptions are no longer available for Ease. More recently, they shared two important dates in connection with the transition from Ease to Navigator.
 
January 1, 2027 — No new groups can be added in Ease
  • “Add Company” field will be disabled within Ease.
  • Existing groups will still have the ability to renew in Ease.

July 1, 2027 — Renewals/Changes can no longer be processed in Ease; Ease becomes “Read Only”
  • Brokers and HR Users retain read-only access (employees will not): 
    • Reporting remains available.
    • Read-only access expected to last at least three years.
    • No additional charges for Ease during this period.
    • All integrations on existing Ease groups will end.
    • Customer support for Ease will be discontinued (support tickets will remain archived).
  • No additional group migrations from Ease to Employee Navigator are allowed after this date.

  • Employee Navigator’s Tips for Broker Success
    • Invest time in the training and training resources offered by Employee Navigator
    • Practice! Build a demo company. Then build a simple small group.
    • Migration Tool: 
      • Review the migration article and readiness report to make necessary corrections prior to migrating.
    • Integrations will be disabled during migration and must be re-established in Employee Navigator.

Contracts, Costs, & Billing

  • Broker contracts and payment processing will begin to transition to Employee Navigator. Changes will vary based on broker user count and Employee Navigator tier. Employee Navigator will be reaching out to agencies with more information on this transition. 
  • Brokers with an Ease account who need access to Employee Navigator should reach out via email to success@ease.com.
