Employee Navigator offers a wide range of integrations with carriers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and payroll providers. The link below has all available and active integrations for these partners.

Please note that the Active Integrations list is updated monthly and serves as a general reference for all active user integrations. Integrations marked as "(closed)" are eligible for integration but require additional setup steps. Integrations that are still in contracting or testing phases will not be published until they are open for business.

A few important notes:

• Data Exchange Integrations refer to either carrier-built plans available for licensee use or an automated data exchange between Employee Navigator and the partner. Availability varies.
• For partner-specific details, please refer to the linked Knowledgebase article. If no Employee Navigator article is available, contact your carrier representative for guidance.
• Payroll partner links include PEPM costs and partner contact information.
• Specialty partner links include additional transmission details.
• TPA partner information is available through Employee Navigator’s Marketplace.
• FSA, Dependent Care, Commuter, Parking, and Transit service availability may vary by TPA, so please confirm plan availability with your representative.
• An asterisk (*) indicates the carrier is reading and processing COBRA enrollments on the Employee Navigator XML file.
