Ease to Employee Navigator Migration Tool Update
Stay up to date on all the latest Migration Tool news with the EN Migration Tool Article. It features instructional videos, updates, and FAQs.Plan Demographic Changes Up to 120 Days in Advance
Future Demographic Changes can now be scheduled up to 120 days in advance. That’s up from the previous 31-day limit. Now you can enter demographic changes, like class or salary updates, during your group’s enrollment window – and have them take effect automatically on the renewal date. There are no workarounds or manual follow-up required.To use this enhancement: Go to an employee's Profile > make your desired demographic change > save > select future effective date from the calendar that appears.
Stay on Track at Every Step
The latest release incorporates updates designed to keep you oriented and on track:- The employee's name is now prominently displayed in the Add Employee, Complete Hire, and Add Demo Employee workflows. You will always know which record you are creating or updating.
- Tasks that require an employee to review a document, web page, video, or custom PDF now correctly validate that the Title field is not empty. This should prevent errors in your task workflow.
- More logic has been introduced in the import workflow to prevent users from skipping steps and getting the import into a bad state.
Agency & Company Settings
The Licensee Wall Dashboard "Refresh" button now correctly resets after use. This update resolves an issue where some users were unable to refresh dashboard stats for up to three hours.Benefits
- When copying a plan from the Carrier Marketplace, the Base Spouse Age Restriction off Employee Age eligibility option on Voluntary Life plans now reflects the carrier's plan-level setting. Plan administrators will no longer need to manually re-enter this setting at the company level during benefits setup.
- The info icon description for "Age Reductions" has been updated to accurately describe an age reduction.
- Carrier Questions and Disclosures forms can now be previewed by selecting the "?" icon on the Policy Information page when a carrier form is attached.
- An order of operations has been added to the open enrollment passive enrollment job to ensure proper calculation of disability benefit amounts. It also ensures no one is dropped from HSA or HRA plans by mistake.
- Imports updating employee profile fields are run as a background job, so file processing is not slowed down.
