Intake Form: Get the latest Ease Setup Request form instructions in Word & Brown’s Insurance Forms Library. You will also find Employee Navigator Setup Instructions. An intake form is required to collect the information needed for your group and plan build requirements.

Below are highlights of the most recent Employee Navigator enhancements:
 
AI Plan Build Tool (Beta)

• Brokers can upload carrier sold quotes and renewals to create plans in minutes.
• The beta version is free, with licensing required after the trial period.
• This tool is designed to improve efficiency, especially during busy open enrollment periods.

 
Brokerage and Licensee Timestamp Conversion
Timestamps on the Brokerage and Licensee Wall dashboards now display in local time zones.
 
Outlook Email Connector Security Update
Employee Navigator messages are now sent with Transport Layer Security (TLS) for enhanced security.
 
Notify Client Admin Button in Migration Dashboard
A new button in the Reports Tab of Ease allows users to notify the Client Administrator of missing information required for successful data transfer and migration from Ease to Employee Navigator.
