Intake Form: Please be sure you are using the most current Word & Brown Intake Form for cases you’re setting up in Ease. Download the form now.
 
New Knowledge Center: The Ease Help Center (login required) lets you directly submit feature and Broker Resources requests and get help quickly with questions you may have.
 
Marketplace Partner Connections Directory: Ease offers a wide variety of partner connections. Check the directory for more information.
 
Ease Academy: Visit the Ease Academy today for in-depth training courses. You’ll find step-by-step training modules and video tutorials segmented by topic. It’s available to you and your agency administrative staff.
 
Company Open Enrollment Checklist: Login now to use the Ease Checklist to review how to renew plans, send logins, and process Post Enrollments.
 
Ease Quick Tips
Admin View as Employee
Ease allows you to assist an employee with enrollment or changes via “View as Employee” – just follow the steps below. (Login for complete instructions.)

• Click on the Company > Employees > Benefits
• Click Actions > View as Employee
• Once you have assisted with the employee’s enrollment (or other changes such as a Qualified Life Event), the employee must log in and sign any required documents/forms.
