EaseHR: It’s easy to request time off, perform reviews and surveys, and access a company directory and events schedule using EaseHR. Learn more by visiting the Employee EaseHR Experience on Ease. (Login with team name is required.)
Ease Mobile App: It’s never been simpler for employees to view benefits information, insurance cards, and documents – online 24/7. Download the Ease Mobile app flyer to share with employees.
2023 SMB Benefits & Employee Insight Report: Get the latest insights on the small business benefits marketplace in the Ease 2023 report; download your copy on their website.
Extended Support Hours: Ease now offers extended support starting even earlier – Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific Time.

Employee Benefit Eligibility
Follow these steps to confirm benefits eligibility for employees (login required):
  • Click on the Company > Employees > Benefits > Enrollments
  • Click Actions > Eligibility
  • Use filters to display specific plans and/or plan types
  • Duplicate employee to troubleshoot
  • Make changes to test employee until eligibility is correct; then update the actual employee record
