The Tech Team Updates for August offer more news you can use concerning Ease and its transition to Employee Navigator (EN), which is continuing throughout 2025.
 
Intake Form: Get the latest Ease Setup Request form instructions in Word & Brown’s Insurance Forms Library. You will also find EN Setup Instructions.
 
What’s New?
Employee Navigator has several new support updates this month:

• 200 Ease features have been added to EN thus far.
• Ease cases can be renewed for 1/1 – there is no “sunset date” set.
• The AI assistant answers 1,000+ questions each day with 97% accuracy. All responses are reviewed and updated to improve AI functionality. Most call-in questions can now be answered via AI.
• New Aggregated Reporting is now available! This means that Licensee and Company Support users can run certain reports across brokerages and companies. EN has added the most highly utilized brokerage reports to start but will add more reports in the near future based on feedback and utilization.
• Reports added include:
  • Open Enrollment – Active; Not Read to Close; Upcoming; Recently Closed Companies
  • Company Plans
  • Partner Connections

Custom Reports in Ease
Creating a custom report in Ease can be helpful when the available reports do not meet your needs – or when you’re working to simplify or add additional fields.
 
To create a custom report:

• Go to Reports at the top of your agency’s homepage.
• Click the Customs tab.
• Select Add Report and add report name.
• Select the fields to add to your report from the Available Fields column.
• You can now drag-and-drop fields to place them in your preferred order. You also have the ability to configure each field and share the report with your team.
