EaseConnect Automatic Enrollment Resolution: Ease will contact you directly if there are discrepancies between what is in the carrier’s system as compared to what is in the Ease system.

Ease Quick Tips
When renewing plans, follow these steps:
  • Click on the Group
  • Click Benefits → Plans → Actions → Renew Plans
  • Update any Eligibility Changes (i.e., policy number or waiting period)
  • Rates – update rates per renewal. If carrier has a rate pass, you can disregard
  • Update contribution per the group’s direction
  • Update the enrollment forms in the forms section
  • Documents – update the SBC to the current year and add any additional forms your client group wants added
