Our June Tech Team Updates offer more news you can use concerning Ease, the online enrollment platform for health insurance brokers working in the 2-250 employee marketplace.
 
EIC22 Reminder: The Ease Innovation Conference 2022 (EIC22) is this month. It’s coming to Las Vegas, June 21-22. If you can’t attend in-person, there’s a virtual participation option. Register and find out more here.
 
EaseConnect+: Connect with EaseConnect+ to make sure benefits information is accurate, complete, and flows between Ease and carriers. Learn more here.
 
Custom Documents: Custom Documents allows you to upload any document to your company’s document library in Ease to capture employee signatures without having a face-to-face meeting. Sign in and get details.
 
Hire Dates: When submitting new groups, Hire Dates are required. We currently do not check the Hire Date box, but will turn it on if we do not receive Hire Dates. This allows employees to enter their own dates.
 
Ease Marketplace Partners: Your one-stop shop to discover all of the partners and resources you need to offer a comprehensive and competitive suite of services to your clients is the Ease Marketplace.
 
Ease Quick Tips
To create email templates, follow these steps:

• Click on the Group.
• Go to Settings.
• Click on Email Templates.
• Click on blue Actions button.
• Choose Benefits to reinstate.
• Choose to Create from Blank or Create from Default.
