Ease Intake Form: Please ensure you are using the most current Word & Brown Intake Form for cases you’re setting up in Ease. Download the form and instructions now.

Voluntary Benefits: It’s not uncommon for employees to search for employers offering a comprehensive benefits package. Now’s the time to help your clients stand out. Show them how to add Voluntary Benefits through Ease’s Marketplace Partners.
 
New Termination Forms: Ease is constantly adding new carrier termination forms. In addition to CaliforniaChoice, ChoiceBuilder, Blue Shield of California, Kaiser Permanente, and Sutter Health Plan, you can now access Principal forms through Ease. Get more information. Updates by Employee Navigator of Ease: Watch for information on upcoming webinars hosted by Employee Navigator.
 
New Support Hours: Ease has extended its support hours, so customers might be better served. You can now reach Ease Monday through Friday from 5:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Pacific (8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eastern).

Download enrollments by following these steps:

• Click on Benefits
• Select a plan or all plans > Reports > Enrollment Forms
• Click Reports to pull Enrollments
