Software Updates and Enhancements
 
Multiple software improvements have recently been made that benefit you and your clients:

• Streamlined access: Licensee users with single brokerage access now land directly on their Licensee Home page.
• Quick navigation: Easily access your Brokerage Home page through the "Manage a Brokerage" section.
• Simpler access to critical data.
• Open Enrollment Statuses are now visible immediately; just click any count to see which companies are in each status.
• Direct Quick Link to Brokerage Reports for single-brokerage users.

 
New Central Hub for Wall Enhancements
All Wall functionality now lives in one central location on the Licensee Wall, eliminating redundancy and streamlining your daily operations.

Troubleshooting Benefits > Incorrect Costs
There are many reasons why an employee’s cost may be incorrect and typically identified during enrollment or when viewing the benefits/enrollment summary. In those areas, the cost is a per-day deduction. Before taking the next steps to troubleshoot, it is important to confirm if the monthly cost is also incorrect.
 
We recommend using the Employee Data Sheet to confirm the monthly cost saved for the employee’s enrollment. By identifying which costs are incorrect, you can cut your troubleshooting steps in half!
