It’s time, again, for the latest “news you can use” concerning Ease, the online enrollment platform for health insurance brokers focused on the 2-250 employee marketplace. Here’s what’s new for March.
 
Tech Team Ease Updates
Intake Form: The Intake Form has been updated; be sure you and your team are using the current form, which you can download here.
 
SDBCs: We’re adding SDBCs (Summaries of Dental Benefits and Coverage) to Ease Dental group loads. When you ask for a Dental plan to be built in Ease, be sure you share the SDBC with us.
 
ACA Support Center: Visit the ACA Support Center for videos, flyers, and other resources to answer your – and your clients’ – ACA questions.
 
Ease Support: The Ease Support email is no longer valid; all requests must be made via the link on Ease.com. (Sign in to Ease to read full instructions here.)
 
 
Ease Quick Tips
To Create Custom Documents, follow these steps:

• Click on the Group.
• Go to Document → Custom.
• Click Add Document.
• Enter document name.
• Add content to your document using formatting and Auto Text.
• Click Add Document.
• To preview, click document name.
• Then click Preview.
