The Tech Team Updates for this month offer more news you can use concerning Ease and its transition to Employee Navigator (EN), which is continuing throughout 2025.

What’s New?
Brokers interested in making the move to Employee Navigator need to complete the licensing agreement before training:
- The request for an EN license will be sent as an amendment to your Ease contract via DocuSign email.
- Only one agreement per agency is required.
- Once the amendment is received, EN login credential will be provided to the Premier Use, who will then be able to add additional users.
- The EN term on the amendment is the same as your current Ease license term. Your subscription will be auto renewed based on the term date listed in the amendment.

OLE Quick Tips
To reset a member password, follow these steps:
- Go to the employee profile and log in.
- Click the “Actions” dropdown: Reset Password.
- Copy the temporary password and send it to the member.
- The temporary password will prompt the member to create a new password and will need to be copied exactly.
