As Director of Client Technology Solutions at Word & Brown, Amanda oversees all benefits administration (BenAdmin) initiatives for the general agency. That includes leadership of our Tech and Eligibility teams. She also helps drive strategy around the transition from Ease to Employee Navigator, two leading benefits and human resources platforms for benefits professionals and employers. She ensures the right resources and communication strategy are in place and continues to evolve Word & Brown’s BenAdmin value proposition based on changing market needs. Amanda was a key leader in the evolution of Account Management ticketing, sales renewal access, and development of Word & Brown’s Tech Team resources.
