Jason Culp leads the development and management of the multi-year corporate strategic plan, annual business plan, project portfolio, and business performance reporting. He is also a trusted partner to sister companies’ employees working to support technology optimization, data exchange, and the adoption of Salesforce among all support divisions.
Prior to rejoining The Word & Brown Companies, Jason was Vice President of Business Development at Ascensus Health & Benefits. While there, he implemented innovative business development strategies and collaborated with sales and marketing to exceed sales quotas and expand market share. He also managed health and benefit operations, including use of Salesforce CRM.
Previously Jason was Vice President of Marketing and Strategy at UnifyHR and served in various roles at CONEXIS and WageWorks from 1997 to 2017, including Director of Sales and AVP of Marketing and Sales Operations.
