Promoted to Director of Client Services in 2026, Sarah oversees Client Services, Client Management, and Broker Resources. She continues to build on the solid foundation already in place by identifying efficiencies through Salesforce and ensuring our support model evolves to strengthen our overall value proposition.
Sarah has been the main driver in strengthening Word & Brown’s Client Management model. She played a critical role in shaping how we support Client Management and Eligibility workflows within Salesforce.
Sarah first joined Word & Brown’s IT Department in a support role in 2007. She earned multiple promotions over the next decade including Product Manager, Director, and Regional Account Manager. She was named Senior Account Manager in 2020, building and maintaining high-level relationships with key clients. Promoted again in 2022, she was an Account Management Supervisor for three years before becoming Customer Experience Manager in 2025.
