Meet the team

Nick Bramson is Word & Brown’s Regional Vice President (RVP) for Orange County and Northern California. He was named to this role in February 2024. With more than 16 years of experience in the insurance and employee benefits industry, Nick's journey within our organization has been truly remarkable.
 
Nick has worked in Orange County for seven years, as a Regional Sales Manager and Field Sales Director for Word & Brown. He began his work for The Word & Brown Companies as a Client Services Representative at CONEXIS in 2007. While there, he earned two promotions, including Regional Sales Manager in 2010. Nick also spent time at HealthCompare and Quotit, two former sister companies of Word & Brown.
 
Nick’s extensive experience in Medicare, compliance, administration, and software as a service (SaaS) has positioned him perfectly for success in his current role. Known for his dynamic relationship-building and leadership qualities, Nick is widely respected within the broker community.
 
As Regional Vice President, Nick oversees all initiatives in Orange County, focusing on implementing effective business development strategies and expanding key agency relationships. His role reinforces our commitment to provide Service of Unequalled Excellence to our brokers and their clients.
